Instructions for Use:
1. Drop one tablet in 200 ml of water
2. Wait till the effervescent tablet dissolves completely

1. Vitamin C has low toxicity and is not believed to cause serious adverse effects. The Tolerable Upper Intake Levels (ULs) for Vitamin C is 2 gm in Adults.
2. Ashwagandha is quite safe when taken in recommended dosage. Large doses might cause stomach upset, diarrhea, and vomiting.
-Safety in pregnancy and lactation is not well established. So avoid use.

3. N-acetyl cysteine, when taken by mouth is likely safe for most adults. It can cause nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea or constipation.
-N-acetyl cysteine is possibly safe in pregnancy, but should only be used in pregnant women when medically needed.
